WHAT DO WE CHARGE?
Basic Bookkeeping Fees:
- $45/hour at HBS
- $55/hour at clients' office
Other Fees:
- Training - $75/hour
- Cash Flow Statements, Speciality Projects (Business Plans) - $55/hour
- Konect (Remote) - $435 (one-time fee) or $535 if email set-up is required.
BILLING & TERMS
A retainer is required for all new clients and is taken off the first invoice.
The amount of retainer is determined:

Invoices are Issued:
- Upon completion for a one-time project
- Upon completion for monthly, quarterly or other regular clients
- On the 15th and End of Month for regular ongoing monthly clients
Terms - Payments are due on receipt of invoice.
